The ideal understanding of the relationship between the two countries is mutual understanding, tolerance and standing parallel without degrading each other. To that hold mutual cultural exchange is very important as an initial intention to begin a two-country relationship.
Cultural exchange can be realized through various ways such as joint art exhibition held between the two countries, exchange of visits between the ambassadors of two countries, mutual experience and enjoy the original products of the two countries and etc. Cultural understanding between the two countries would further strengthen the friendship, reduce mistrust and strengthen the solidarity between the two countries and on continuation of cooperation will occur in a variety of things including art-based.
In the current era of information technology, the connection between one of art products cannot be released with the other art products. It's all touch each other, related, related to each other even 'twisted' so as to create a new art product.
